About Dr. Kaiser
Dr. Paulina Kaiser is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in psychodynamic therapy and medication management.
Dr. Kaiser was born in Germany and raised in California. Her personal experience bridging different cultures enriches her approach, allowing her to offer truly personalized, culturally-attuned treatment to each individual she serves.
With a foundation in Psychobiology from UCLA, Dr. Kaiser went on to earn her medical degree from USC's Keck School of Medicine in 2019. Her training continued at Emory University School of Medicine's Adult Psychiatry Residency Program, where she served as Chief Resident and was honored with the Resident Recognition Award for her exceptional leadership, teaching, and clinical care.
Dr. Kaiser's expertise spans multiple domains, including psychopharmacology, perinatal psychiatry, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Her dedication to comprehensive care is evident in her completion of a four-year core training at the Emory University Psychoanalytic Institute, where she continues to expand her knowledge in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
Currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Emory University, Dr. Kaiser contributes to the development of future psychiatrists by teaching and supervising residents in psychotherapy.
