Balanced medication management and insight-oriented psychotherapy for high-functioning professionals and individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the peripartum period.

You may be functioning well on the outside—managing a demanding career, relationships, or new parenthood—while feeling anxious, emotionally disconnected, or quietly unfulfilled inside. Some people come to me during periods of acute stress or transition; others arrive with a sense that something has been “off” for a long time, even if they can’t yet name it.

I am a psychiatrist who offers a thoughtful integration of psychotherapy and medication management, tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances. My work is especially well suited for high-functioning professionals, individuals seeking depth-oriented treatment, and peripartum patients navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum changes, or the emotional complexities of becoming a parent.

Our work together is collaborative and paced with care. For some, medication provides meaningful symptom relief; for others, psychotherapy is the primary focus. Often, it is the combination—held within a reflective, attuned therapeutic relationship—that allows for lasting change, greater self-understanding, and a more fulfilling emotional life.

I work with adults in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles providing care via secure telehealth and in my office in Atlanta. My practice is private pay, which allows for flexibility, continuity, and individualized treatment.

Let’s work together.
