What information do you need for a referral?

A complete referral includes the patient's name, date of birth, contact information (phone and email), reason for referral, relevant psychiatric and medical history, current medications, insurance information, and the referring provider's name, practice, and contact information. While all of this information is helpful, a referral can be initiated with just the patient's name and contact details.

Do you accept patients from other states?

Dr. Kaiser is licensed to practice in Georgia and California. She can see patients in person at her Atlanta office and via telehealth anywhere in Georgia or California, including the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. She is unable to treat patients located in other states due to licensing requirements.

Can I refer for medication management only?

Yes, Dr. Kaiser accepts referrals for medication management alone, as well as for combined psychotherapy and medication management. During the initial consultation, she will discuss the most appropriate treatment approach with the patient based on their specific needs and your clinical concerns.
